Join LP, Andria Lamberton, as she leads an hour of body mind connection with guided meditation and reflective writing. Often we don’t make time for ourselves to process in our busy lives. 

Meditation helps quiet the mind and you will be surprised how much you write once you get started. Join from a comfortable place and bring a laptop or journal for 1-hour of me time.
